Lincoln Avenue Apartments is a 55-unit affordable family community on 1.35 acres at 7101 Lincoln Avenue in Buena Park, just east of Knott Avenue. Four three-story buildings in a contemporary Mission Revival style house 14 one-bedroom, 23 two-bedroom, and 18 three-bedroom apartments, with rents restricted between 30% and 70% of Area Median Income. Eleven units carry a veteran’s preference, five are set aside for student households, and thirteen are Permanent Supportive Housing units with project-based vouchers. Nearly 3,330 square feet of community space includes a community room with kitchen, leasing office, mail room, and laundry room with six washers and six dryers. Outdoor amenities include a separated tot lot for ages 2–12, a teen lot with ping pong, a barbeque area, and 82 covered and uncovered parking spaces with EV charging. Resident services are provided on site by LifeSTEPS. Construction is scheduled for completion in October 2026 with first move-ins in November 2026.
