Description
Lincoln Avenue Apartments is a 55-unit affordable family community on 1.35 acres at 7101 Lincoln Avenue in Buena Park, just east of Knott Avenue. Four three-story buildings in a contemporary Mission Revival style house 14 one-bedroom, 23 two-bedroom, and 18 three-bedroom apartments, with rents restricted between 30% and 70% of Area Median Income. Eleven units carry a veteran’s preference, five are set aside for student households, and thirteen are Permanent Supportive Housing units with project-based vouchers. Nearly 3,330 square feet of community space includes a community room with kitchen, leasing office, mail room, and laundry room with six washers and six dryers. Outdoor amenities include a separated tot lot for ages 2–12, a teen lot with ping pong, a barbeque area, and 82 covered and uncovered parking spaces with EV charging. Resident services are provided on site by LifeSTEPS. Construction is scheduled for completion in December 2026.
